Modern slavery is a crime and a violation of fundamental human rights. Takes various shapes, such as slavery, servitude, forced and forced labor, and human trafficking, all of those things they have in common the deprivation of a person’s freedom by another in order to exploit him personal or commercial gain.
The Company has a zero tolerance approach to modern slavery and we are committed to taking action ethically and with integrity in all our dealings and business dealings and to implement and impose effective systems and controls to ensure modern slavery does not take place nowhere in our business or in any of our supply chains.
We are also committed to transparency in our business and our approach to tackling modern slavery along our supply chains, consistent with our disclosure obligations under the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
We expect the same high standards from all our contractors, suppliers and other businesses partners and, as part of our procurement processes, we will include specific in the coming year prohibitions against the use of forced, compulsory or trafficked labor, or those held in slavery or easements, whether adults or children, and we expect our suppliers to maintain theirs suppliers to the same high standards.
This policy applies to all people working for us or on our behalf in any capacity, included employees at all levels, directors, officers, clerks, seconded, volunteers, interns, agents, contractors, external consultants, third party representatives and companies partner.
This policy does not form part of any employee’s contract of employment and we may change it everytime.
Responsibility for politics
The Company has overall responsibility for ensuring that this policy complies with ours read and ethical obligations and that all those under our control comply with them.
The Company has primary and day-to-day responsibility for the implementation of this policy, of monitoring its use and effectiveness, the management of any questions regarding it and the verification of the systems internal control and procedures to ensure they are effective in tackling modern slavery.
Management at all levels is responsible for ensuring that those who report to them understand and respect this policy and receive adequate and regular training on it and on the topic of modernity slavery in supply chains.

Respect for politics
You must ensure that you read, understand and comply with this policy. The prevention, detection and reporting of modern slavery anywhere in the our business or supply chains is the responsibility of everyone who works for us or under our control.
You must avoid any activity that may lead to or suggest a breach of this policy.
You must inform your line manager OR a Company Director as soon as possible if you believe or suspect that a conflict with this policy has occurred or may occur in the future.
