Prohibited activities on CiaoFan

This is a quick reference guide of prohibited activities on CiaoFan.

In order to register and be approved as a Creator on CiaoFan, you must read and accept the Terms of Use document, where you will find the complete list of prohibited activities on the CiaoFan platform.

As a Creator you have a list of things not to do, rules that Creators must not break.

Never copy another Creator’s product: that’s plagiarism.

What is plagiarism?

Plagiarism means using someone else’s words, ideas or work, without giving them proper credit or permission, and presenting it as your own. It is considered unethical and a breach of professional integrity. 

Don’t create content that incites hatred.

Create political discrimination and incite hatred against any group, tribe or entity. Content that criticizes or discriminates against another Creator will not be accepted. 

Violation of Copyright Laws.

Respect all copyright laws according to copyright.gov and only distribute content that has the necessary permission. 

Legal Obligations. 

It is important to be aware of your legal obligations and responsibilities related to your content, including disclosure statements, disclaimers and regulatory compliance.

Additional prohibited uses for Creators.

Creators must act in the best interests of the company at all times, whether on CiaoFan, on third-party websites, or offline. 

If you are a Creator and violate these provisions or other terms, we may delete your account without payment and/or ban you permanently from CiaoFan.

If you are a Creator: 

• You should not mislead users as to the nature of any paid content;
• Attempt to fraudulently pass off recorded content as a live stream;
• Disregard any legal representations made to fans to sell your content;
• Record or stream nudity or sexual activity from any public place where members of the public could reasonably view your content;
• Disclose the personal information of any other CiaoFan user or third party without that person’s consent;
• Solicit or accept payment for travel or in-person meetings for the purpose of engaging in sexual activity;
• Harass, denigrate, defame or otherwise interfere with the company and our users, or misrepresent or make false or misleading statements about the company.

Rules for publication on CiaoFan. 

Before you start sharing your creativity with your followers, it is important to understand the rules and guidelines. 

Everything you decide to publish on CiaoFan must pass approval by the staff. So we want to explain what is approved and what is not approved. 

In public, and therefore not paid, content, sexually explicit and/or vulgar material is not approved.

In paid content they are forbidden:

• Fecal activities;
• Vomit activities; 
• Use of drugs;
• Forced somministration of alcol;
• Sexual activities with animals;
• Asphyxia;
• Playing with blood;
• Intentional injuries;
• Urine and fecal intake;
• Role-playing of minors;
• Incest;
• Filming or interacting with persons under the age of 18 years not registered and not approved as a creator;
• Unauthorized lewd acts in public places;
• Unauthorized third-party filming of persons.

Explicit and non-explicit content with animals are strictly prohibited on CiaoFan.
