To handle the basic profile settings, click on more. Here, among other options, you can decide whether to set the profile in dark or light mode.

Clicking on account settings, you can change your profile password or delete it permanently, with the delete account button.

On notifications you will find two options: push notifications and email notifications. The former is used to activate or deactivate notifications concerning messages, calls, post comments and live streaming; the latter is used to activate or deactivate these notifications by email. If you want to receive notifications even when you are not active on the site, just download the app and add it to the home screen of your PC or phone, remembering to give all the necessary permissions to receive notifications.

On balance history, you can check the balance of incoming and outgoing expenses, as well as being able to recharge your virtual account. This money is used to buy posts, send messages, make calls and offer tips. In addition, on CiaoFan every creator has the possibility to buy all kinds of material to make their profile more complete, and to support other creators by offering tips.

Purchase Gallery is the shopping gallery. Here both members and creators can view all the material that they have purchased.

Mass Messages Statistics is the section where you can handle all messages sent to the member list that you have created (which we will discuss later).

Thanks to this feature, you can send a single message to all members of the list at the same time.
If you want to delete a message for whatever reason, simply click on unsend.

In statements you can specifically check all your earnings.
This page has two extremely important items: gross earnings, which specifies the site’s deductions, and net earnings, which shows your personal amount.
In addition, you can see specifically how many subscriptions you have managed to sell, posts that have been purchased, attachments, tips, messages and referral bonuses, which we will see later.

On CiaoFan, payments are processed and accredited on a pending balance; they can be requested even on a weekly basis if you have a balance of at least EUR 50.
Before you can withdraw your money, there is a waiting period; if, for example, content is purchased on the 3rd of the month, you will be able to withdraw the money from your account on the 10th.
If you notice a delay in payment, ensure that you have filled in correctly your bank details.

On Subscription Management you can easily control all your subscriptions, and how much income they generate.

In lists you can create various lists to which you can add your followers; give them a name and add as many members as you wish.
With this function, you can send a particular message to all members of the list at the same time. In addition, you can choose to upload and send to the followers on the list a file from your vault – more on this later – or directly from your personal gallery.

Here you can check your past events and create new ones.
You can create an exclusive live event by choosing a title, date, time, duration and attach a photo or video.
You can plan the post here too and pick the right hashtags, so that you can inform your followers, or those who are not yet following you, of the content of your event.

The vault is the digital content vault.
This is where you will find all the content published so far, with which you can create special albums for future posts or video presentations. Creating an album is very easy: just click on new album and choose the content to be added from the gallery.

In payment information you can change the payment details.
Importantly, please check that all data is properly inserted to avoid future problems with transfers.

In Subscription you can customize all types of subscriptions, setting: price, caption, welcome and thank you messages.

In Following, on the other hand, you can customize a text message that will be sent automatically to each future follower.

In this section you can decide whether to receive calls, which will be made exclusively on CiaoFan, and not on your private number.
You can decide the charges for both calls and messages.

Payment Card

This section is there for both members and creators.

Here you can save your card, with which you make your purchases on CiaoFan.

Invite Friends

By using a referral link, you can receive a lifetime commission of 5% for each new member (creators and non-creators) who subscribe to the site.
Share the link on your socials, or send it privately to whomever you wish, and wait for a new sign-up.

In the support section you can send messages and reports of various kinds to the site support, which will respond as quickly as possible.

While on the homepage you will see all the creators you follow, on discover you will find all the others registered on the site.
